Rowisoft was founded in 2000 with a simple idea: great software should feel natural.
Since then, we’ve been building business tools that do exactly that.

We started by creating one of the first true out-of-the-box e-commerce shop systems, evolved into developing our Windows-based ERP system Rowisoft Blue, and eventually brought it all into the cloud with edooli — software that later became part of a major German corporate in 2020.

After working with countless CRM systems ourselves (and failing to fully adopt any of them), we reached a conclusion: CRMs were either too limited or too complicated. So we built our own.

That’s how Mister James was born — a fresh rethinking of CRM, focused on clarity, integrated services, and powerful AI-driven sales insights.

For more than two decades, our products have powered over 25,000 businesses. And we’re just getting started.
