I was excited to meet some of our potential customers in person. Everything was ready: sample data had been entered into our CRM system, my desktop flashed for spontaneous presentations, my shirt ironed and I was ready to go. But then I was faced with a big question: In which order should I plan my visits?

After a successful marketing week, we had a lot of prospects on our list, but how was I able to visit them all efficiently without chasing across the country? The solution wasn't immediately clear, but then I had a brilliant idea: What if we had a tool that showed us where our contacts were clubbing up?

Said and done! I turned around, rushed back into the office and shared my idea with the team. On the same day, we set to work and developed a new, groundbreaking feature for our CRM system: the “cluster finder.”
