Configuring and ordering giveaways

Introduction

At Mister James, we offer you the unique opportunity to configure and order personalized giveaways directly via our CRM system. Whether for customer loyalty measures, advertising purposes or simply as a friendly gesture — with our service, you can maintain your business relationships in a special way. In this article, we'll explain the available products, the ordering process, pricing, and other important information.

Available giveaway products

You can choose from a variety of high-quality items, all of which can be individually decorated with your company logo. Here is an overview of the available products and their prices (excluding 19% VAT):

Key ring with bottle and can opener function, black: 4.40 EUR
Chip keychain, back with shopping cart symbol: 4.70 EUR
Bamboo ballpoint pen, blue ink: 3.60 EUR
Black metal ballpoint pen with touch function, ink color blue: 3.60 EUR
Metal business card (black, gold, pink, blue): 20 EUR
Black/anthracite key ring: 60 EUR
Beige cork mousepad: 4.70 EUR
Wooden keychain: 3.20 EUR

All prices exclude 19% VAT. The price includes the item itself, engraving the item with your logo and shipping including postage.

That's how it works

Configure giveaway: Under “Assets”/“Giveaways”, click on “New” and select the desired item from our product list and configure it with your logo. You can save various configurations so you can access them later.
Upload logo: You can store your logo for each configured item. This logo is then engraved on the selected giveaway.
Create a mail mailing: Create a mail mailing that is sent to one or more contacts. You can add one of your giveaway configurations as an attachment.
Complete order: After configuring and creating the postal mailing, you will be charged the applicable fees. The order is usually shipped within 7 working days within Germany.

Delivery: We deliver exclusively within Germany.
Value added tax: All prices shown are plus 19% VAT.
